Submit & Invoice

Sprintology operates on a Submit & Invoice basis. Placing an order is a request for service, not an immediate purchase. You will receive an invoice with the final total before any payment is due.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Pricing is based on dimensions and quantity as shown on our pricing page. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for orders that require special handling, rush production, or design modifications.

Orders

Once an order is submitted, our team reviews it for accuracy and printability. We may contact you regarding file quality, dimensions, or other order details. Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Payment

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. We accept e-transfer and other methods as specified on your invoice. Orders enter production after payment is confirmed.

File Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy and print-readiness of uploaded design files. Sprintology is not liable for printing errors resulting from low-resolution, improperly formatted, or incorrectly sized files provided by the customer.

Intellectual Property

You affirm that you have the right to print any designs you upload. Sprintology is not responsible for verifying ownership or licensing of customer-submitted files.

Limitation of Liability

Sprintology's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
